Have you asked that night watchman how and why he survives on 3 hours of broken sleep?

Have you ever dared to stop and ask that farmer who sits between train compartments how he meets ends?

Have you met an innocent prisoner who is bearing the brunt of corruption?

Have you taken a minute to observe how that laborer toils without stopping for a second to catch her breath?

Have you? You wouldn’t be the same if you’d have.

Don’t give me your take on life if you haven’t seen it in its trust and most disturbing forms. There is so much for us to experience to even remotely be aware of our privilege.
